Currently, we are looking for a Data Input Specialist to join the ABF Freight team. As a member, you will organize, input, and analyze data for ABF Freight.

Your contribution may include:

• Create and assist with daily reports
• Organize and properly input a variety of information
• Perform typing, filing, and various other office duties, as needed
• Meet data entry deadlines, and perform work in a time-efficient manner
• Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals
• Other duties, as assigned

As a Data Input Specialist, you will be a member of the ABF Freight Remote Billing team in Fort Smith, AR. The work schedule is generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm including weekends and occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• One year database experience, preferred
• Ability to type 40-50 words per minute
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data entry skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team to accomplish goals
• Attention to accuracy, and detail-oriented
• Must be detail oriented and enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills
• Must display sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail
