General description of duties:

• Plan, assign, direct, and appraise work.
• Address equipment complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
• Manage shop operations in compliance with the applicable unionized labor agreement(s).
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school, preferred.

Experience: Minimum, two years’ related experience and/or training in equipment maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred. Leadership experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
